Lesson 6: Virtual Reality and 360-Degree Video Editing

Import 360-Degree Video: Import your 360-degree video into Premiere Pro.
Create a New Sequence: Create a new sequence with the 360-degree video on the timeline.

Enable 360-Degree Mode: In the Effect Controls panel, enable the “360/VR” mode.

Adjust Viewing Angle: Use the 360-degree viewer to adjust the viewing angle.

Add Effects and Transitions: Apply effects and transitions specifically designed for 360-degree video.

Export for VR Platforms: Export the video in a format suitable for VR headsets and platforms, such as equirectangular or stereoscopic 3D.
