On-page SEO involves optimizing individual web pages to rank higher. The goal of the on page SEO should be to satisfy the searches intent. Thereby making search engines rank those pages high, based on the relevance of the content to the searcher. As such your goal needs to be to create content that the searchers expect to see.  Make sure satisfies searchers intents. Using the 3 Cs you can ensure that this happens, namely

  1. Content type.
  2. Content Format
  3. Content Angle.

Factors that determine on page SEOs include:

  • Content Quality:  Ensure your content is high-quality, relevant, and provides value. Use keywords naturally within the content, headings, and meta descriptions. High-quality, original content  provides value to users and enhance search engines crawling and indexation of your site.
  • Keyword Usage: Appropriate and strategic use of keywords in titles, headings, meta descriptions, and throughout the content.
  • Title Tags: Descriptive, keyword-rich titles that accurately represent the page’s content.
  • Meta Descriptions: Compelling and relevant meta descriptions that include target keywords.
  • Header Tags (h1, h2, h3, etc.): Proper use of header tags to structure content and highlight key sections.
  • Optimize image by naming them appropriately using the Url tags and descriptive alt text, and also compress the image using plugins like short pixel.
  • Optimize for readability by writing in short sentences and paragraph, as well as using large font, avoid using big words and write as you speak.
  • URL Structure: Clean, descriptive URLs that include keywords and are easy to read.
