Adding Effects

Step 1: Applying Video Effects
Select the video clip in the Timeline.
Open the Effects Panel: Go to Window > Effects.
Drag and Drop: Drag a video effect (e.g., color correction, sharpening) onto the video clip.
Adjust Parameters: Use the Effect Controls panel to fine-tune the effect’s settings.

Step 2: Using the Effects Control Panel
Select the video clip with the applied effect.
Open the Effect Controls Panel: This panel displays all the effects applied to the selected clip.
Adjust Parameters: Use the sliders, knobs, and other controls to modify the effect’s settings.

Lesson 2: Creating Motion Graphics
Step 1: Using the Essential Graphics Panel
Open the Essential Graphics Panel: Go to Window > Essential Graphics.
Create a New Graphic: Choose from various templates or start from scratch.
Design Your Graphic: Use the tools in the panel to create shapes, text, and other elements.

Step 2: Creating Titles, Lower Thirds, and Text Elements
Open the Essential Graphics Panel.
Create a New Text Layer: Use the Type Tool to add text to your graphic.
Customize Text: Adjust font, size, color, and alignment.
Add Effects and Animations: Apply effects like shadows, glows, and motion graphics to enhance the text.

Step 3: Animating Graphics and Text
Select the graphic or text layer in the Essential Graphics Panel.
Open the Animation Workspace: This workspace allows you to create keyframes to animate properties like position, scale, rotation, and opacity.

Create Keyframes: Right-click on a property and choose Insert Keyframe.
Adjust Values: Modify the value of the property at different keyframes to create the desired animation.
Preview and Fine-Tune: Use the playback controls to preview the animation and make adjustments as needed.
