How To Apply for the 2025 Eric Bleumink Scholarship Fund

Eligibility and Application:

Candidates must have received provisional or unconditional admission to a Master’s program at the University of Groningen. The University of Groningen’s Admissions Office and Faculty Admission Boards nominate suitable candidates. Therefore, there’s no direct application process for the scholarship itself.  

• Applicants are assessed based on their academic excellence, potential, and the anticipated impact of their studies on their home countries.  It is very important to aquire the master program admission before feburary, to be considered for the scholarship.  
• Have excellent academic performance, preferably to be confirmed by letters of recommendation
• Have excellent grades during their bachelor/undergraduate studies.
• Have excellent English language proficiency, in accordance with the admission requirements of the program of choice
• Be available for the whole period of the program and be able to take part in the entire program
• Be in good health, so that health insurance in the Hold the nationality of eligible countries.
• Have no other means of financing the study in question.
